SiteBotic is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusTech Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use SiteBotic.
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
If not resolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
